Are NATO forces, once again using depleted uranium in their bombing of an enemy regime and its territory?

While most civilized nations have signed treaties renouncing the use of these WMD's such as Depleted Uranium which has a half life of 4.5 billion years, the U.S. continues to employ  these weapons in the war theater.

Implemented extensively in Bosnia, Iraqi war I and II, history has shown that the residual radioactive uranium causes sever birth defects, and abnormally high cancer clusters in these regions making the land practically uninhabitable as radiation levels currently exceed that of Hiroshima and Nagasaki after WWII.
